In the bakery (again).

These pictures were made for and at the organic farm of Herrmannsdorfer Landwerkstätten in Glonn, near Munich (Germany). Besides having superhappy pigs and being specialized in delicious meat and meat products, the farm also has a bakery, where a team of passionate bakers works every afternoon until late into the night preparing an infinity of delicious organic bread types.

I was lucky and happy to spend one of those long shifts with them. Despite the many explanations the bakers gave me, all our collective efforts and my many trials, I am still not able to swing a pretzel into its shape.
