It is a renown fact that the best parties take place in the kitchen -  so I was thrilled when my good friend, chef Vincent Fricke asked me to accompany his team during one evening of their futuristic popup restaurant "Byond Beef". Having a lovely Chef's table all to myself right in front of the kitchen counter, I had the chance to try an incredible experimental menu while hopping in and out of the cooking space.
